Bellazelle Refund & Return Policy

At Bellazelle, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality, stylish clothing that meets your expectations. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a return or refund is necessary. To ensure a seamless shopping experience for all our customers, we have outlined the following refund and return policy:



1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Timeframe : Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Condition : All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations will not be accepted.
  • Proof of Purchase : A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.


2. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain inventory stability and minimize unnecessary returns, the following items are non-returnable :

  • Final Sale Items : Items marked as "Final Sale" on the product page are not eligible for returns.

Additionally:

  • We do not accept refunds or returns for incorrectly placed orders . While we can modify orders before they are shipped, we are unable to cancel or refund orders due to a change of mind.
  • Since we provide a comprehensive sizing guide on each product page, we are unable to offer returns or refunds for sizing issues .


3. Refund Options

If your return is approved, you may choose from the following refund options:

  • Refunds : Eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Store Credit : Customers may opt for store credit instead of a refund. Store credit will be issued as an e-gift card valid for 6 months .


4. Backorders

If an item is on backorder:

  • Customers will be notified via email with an estimated shipping date.
  • Customers can choose to:
    • Wait for the item to be restocked.
    • Cancel the order and receive a full refund.

  • To avoid backorders, we encourage customers to sign up for restock notifications on sold-out items.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping : Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
  • Original Shipping Fees : Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Additional Policies

  • Shipping Delays : We cannot issue refunds for shipping delays until 30 days after your order is placed. As this is an international delivery, unforeseen logistic delays may occur beyond our control. We appreciate your patience.
  • Defective or Incorrect Items : If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at shopbellazelle@gmail.com . We will resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement, refund, or store credit.


7. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process:

  1. Visit our Returns Portal on bellazelle.com and enter your order number.
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and specify the reason for the return.
  3. Print the prepaid return label (if applicable) and ship the item back to us.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.
